I’ve already chosen to go down the dramatic route, and will be finishing this version of his story soon. I’m playing Oda Nobunaga and so far it has been fun. It was also fun seeing how they decided to portray each guy. It was just interesting to me which parts of history they kept the same and what they changed. All the guys you can choose in this game are actual historical figures, except for Sarutobi Sasuke (the guy you time travel with who is named after a fictional ninja). What brought me to try this out, aside from having enjoyed the short anime, was also my love for history. This was the first ever otome game I played. You accidentally time travel to the Warring States (Sengoku) period of Japan, and save Oda Nobunaga from what should have been his death. Ou play this girl who wants to become a fashion designer. Below is a short summary/review of the ones I’ve played. I’ve played (am playing) five games in the Ikemen series, and though all five were among the good ones in the games I’ve tried, within those five there were games I liked more than the others. And among my favorites are the other games in the Ikemen series, which is a series of otome games by Cybird which includes the aforementioned “Ikemen Sengoku”.

So I started downloading other otome games as well. It will just take more time than if you did, and you just won’t get all the fancy items and bonuses.Īnyway, I ended up obsessed. You do NOT have to pay a single cent to read and complete any of the routes. A lot of planning is also needed to progress constantly in the game if you’re going to play it completely free like I do.

It was the first time I’ve ever played an otome game. So I tried downloading the game when I found out you could play it for free in English! I just randomly stumbled upon it, I didn’t even know the original game, but I did enjoy it. I recently watched the anime “ Ikemen Sengoku: Toki wo Kakeru ga Koi wa Hajimaranai”, which is a spin-off of the otome game “Ikemen Sengoku: Toki wo Kakeru Koi”.
